He has held key roles at both a general agency and a brokerage, and has also led a Benefits Technology team, where he combined client service expertise with hands-on knowledge of benefits administration platforms. Mario’s well-rounded experience makes him a valuable resource for clients navigating renewals, compliance, and benefits systems. He is known for his approachable style, responsiveness, and ability to make complex processes feel simple. Outside of work, Mario enjoys cooking, grilling, building plastic models, watching professional wrestling, singing karaoke, and exploring new travel destinations—Japan being a recent favorite. Mario’s enthusiasm and creativity make him a great asset to any team conversation.
