Most of us work from home since the pandemic. It can be a challenge, blessing, or both, depending on the day. As a mom of a 2, 3 and 6 year old, working from home has given me a run for my money- literally! Some days I want to pull my hair out with all of the screaming I hear downstairs, and other days I am peaceful with a warm cup of tea in my hand. We cannot change our circumstances; however we can plan out a schedule that can lead to more serene days. So how do I balance a full-time job, show my children love (and husband!), while maintaining a healthy lifestyle? It has taken me a while to find a good routine that works for “me”. I hope the steps that I provide can help you stay stress free and still meet your nutrition and fitness goals! Yes, I said nutrition and fitness goals! I believe that you can do it!!
